I help clients downsize and declutter their current home and determine the best placement for furniture in their new home. I quickly organize the removal of the contents of an entire home, eliminating stress on the family and preparing the home for sale.
Organizing Sessions begin at $50/hour, booked in a minimum 4 hour time block. Sessions include decluttering and organizing of spaces to make them attractive and functional. Maintenance of the space is discussed and planned. The first four hour session also includes a free donation (1 Prius load full) to a local charity or recycling facility. Typical sessions are Monday through Friday, 8am-12 or 1-5pm. Arrangements can be made for evenings and weekends to accommodate your schedule. Travel fees may apply.
Business organizing sessions are scheduled in a minimum 4 hour time block. Consultations are done on-site to determine organizing goals. Prices are determined by the scope of the project. Tailored plans are created to increase efficiency and productivity, and alleviate stress. Maintenance and follow-up plans are also available.
I help structure an organized move to create a less stressful transition. Services are offered to assist clients in all aspects of the moving process from downsizing and deciding what will work in the new space, to using my efficient packing system, and careful placement of items in the new location optimizing available storage. Clients will spend less time unpacking and know exactly where to find everything. This service is offered to residential and business clients.
The staging consultation service is offered to Realtors and people listing their home to sell. Each space in the home is reviewed to make the home look attractive to potential home buyers. Staging can increase the amount you sell the house for and decrease the amount of time your home spends on the market! After the consultation the client will receive a detailed list of all suggestions. This service is beneficial to have completed before photographs are taken to list your home. The suggestions and solutions offered help the client maintain the home for showings as well create a strategy to pack for the big move!
